Leading junior in prosecution of a carer for the elderly who cheated three victims of their savings and, in one case, of title to her home. The case involved mutual legal assistance and obtaining and calling evidence from abroad, linked Court of Protection proceedings and calling a witness suffering from dementia with the assistance of a court appointed intermediary.
