9 Gough Chambers is delighted that Tim Parker has been accredited by the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators to undertake child dispute arbitrations. This new scheme will launch in July. It will offer arbitration as an alternative to mediation in disputes between parents concerning the arrangements for children.
Tim is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has been qualified to undertake financial remedy arbitrations since 2014. From July Tim will be able to act as arbitrator in both financial remedy and children disputes. For more information about family arbitration please visit: www.ifla.org.uk.
