William Dean, Sarah Hunwick and Helen Pooley attended the Fareham offices of Slater Gordon Solutions on 26th April 2016 to provide training on commonly-encountered issues in road traffic claims.
Sarah spoke about accidents arising out of low-velocity impact (LVI) collisions and how best to investigate and present such cases. Helen examined the provisions within the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 and Part 44 of the Civil Procedure Rules which relate to a litigant’s “fundamental dishonesty” and reviewed the existing case law. William spoke about credit hire claims and provided an update on recent developments.
