Claire Harden-Frost prosecutes defendant who was found guilty for 3 counts of rape

Defendant sentenced to 6 years imprisonment for 3 counts of rape. He was found guilty by the jury on Thursday, 21st April after trial. The rape was committed in his home address on an escort. After having called her to the address he forced her to have sex with him by holding a hammer to her head and threatening to kill her if she didn’t do what he wanted.

The case was heard at Inner London Crown Court.

Claire Harden acted as the prosecution barrister.
