James Byrne represented the SFO at a Confiscation of Assets hearing in relation to the jailed former trader Tom Hayes yesterday.
The court ruled that Mr Hayes wife Miss Tighe’s application to be heard at the confiscation stage failed, because the wording of s. 10A was not satisfied.
