This seminar will provide everything you need to know about the new MIB agreements and the MIB’s broader liability after the recent decisions in VNUK and Delany.

Talks will also cover the recent Court of Appeal consideration of “disability” in Billett as well as bringing practitioners the latest information on PI litigation and practice, from both barristers and Frenkel Topping.
