Kwame Boayke was accused of raping and harassing 2 vulnerable women. Mr Boayke befriended both women who were married and had children. He pretended to be a Good Samaritan and offered to help each woman.
However, he lured both women to his flat to rape them. He drugged and raped the first victim. He became fixated by the second victim and after raping her he then blackmailed and forced her to have sex with him on at least 3 other occasions. His obsession with the victim spiralled and he demanded that she be his girlfriend and even telephoned her husband and children pretending to be a pastor and telling them they would be harmed.
The jury at Woolwich Crown Court convicted him of 2 counts of rape, one count of multiple rape and one count of putting a person in fear of violence. Sentencing will take place on 5th May 2015.
